to Sherman

The time has come where one girl in her lonely one bedroom apartment needed a little companion. I caved when my friend Megan had been spamming me pictures of this little guy one afternoon. She knew I need him. I knew I needed him. He knew I needed him. There's something to be said about having a pet of your own. Whether it's a dog, cat, chinchilla, whatever. It's like having a child, but way more adorable, imo. Sherman loves laying on my lap, listening to Beirut, putting his face in my coffee (when it's cooled), and using my body as a jungle gym while I do yoga at home.

I'm excited to take Sherman with me wherever I go. He's in for quite the little journey.
