June: Lately in Color

Gone are the mornings of open windows and a cool apartment. My blinds are down and my AC is humming.. it's that time of the year. My weekend in LA was a nice escape from this weather. It was in the lower 70s during my visit and I really wish I could've taken it back with me. I saw some pretty neat sights and spent some time with some pretty cool people. I'm bummed that I didn't take many pictures, but in a way now I see it as more of a break from all of that. It was nice not having my camera weighing me down the whole time.

I got some exciting news before even leaving for my trip.. I will now be a Social Media Coordinator at Meredith! Their HQs are just down the street from me, so this is perfect. I'm excited about the direction this summer is heading.
